There is no one-size-fits-all approach to our hiring at RevZilla. The process is typically presented on a first call with the recruiting team and reinforced in email communication throughout each stage.
As a company, our dress code is “smart casual” which means, be smart about what you wear and we get to keep it casual. We do not expect to see candidates in full business attire, but we do expect candidates to be comfortable during their interview process, in the style they prefer.
Your on-site interview is one of the best opportunities for us to get to know you and for you to get to know us and our business. Each interview begins with a tour of our facility. During that time we are happy to answer any immediate and general questions you have about our office and team. Following the tour, you will then meet with the hiring manager and in many instances, additional members of our team.
Absolutely! We mean it when we say that we hang on to candidate resumes for future openings with the company and it is not uncommon for us to reach out to previous candidates when better suited roles become available.
